Tyson 'One1' Davis - Visual Artist

Tyson (One), has been infatuated with the arts since a young man. He starting sketching comic book characters in his middle school classes, and the passion to create grew from there. By his senior year, 1999, he was assisting with murals for local banks and selling paintings at auctions. Neglecting his talent for years, Tyson finally saw the light. In 2012, he began to pick up the paint brush again, selling his first painting at a Spoken Word event in Houston. Since then, Tyson has donated paintings to organizations such as, The Ensemble Theater, and MECA ( Multicultural Education and Counseling Through the Arts) and local churches. His work has been showcased at Angelina Collage, and Stephen F. Austin State University. His first major masterpiece was a 107ft. Mural entitled "Spirit of Doches," that can been seen entering  Downtown Nacogdoches. This Nacogdoches native is poised to paint priceless pieces for the rest of his life. Currently relocated to Austin Texas, he is ambitious in his approach to the Arts, and plans to make a name for himself across the States- then the World!

His Style is an atom bomb of abstract and realism, expanding the canvas well beyond its measurements. His backgrounds are majestic, and his foreground art is a visual dessert. He works well with Acrylics and Oils, but his passion is spray painting murals. Having a wide range of styles and perspectives, makes this artist truly One1 of a kind!
